In Italy, a crema is a vegetable spread. This crema form La Favorita is similar to a black olive tapenade but so much better. There is a well balanced salt and fruity flavor and fine oily texture that makes a perfect bruschetta, pizza toppimg or as a relish served with broiled or grilled salmon.

Black and White Pizza
Make ou use a prepared pizza dough crust. Spread La Favorita Black Olive Crema on one half of the pizza dough. On the other half lightly brush with extra virgin olive oil and a mixture of fresh ricotta and herbed goat cheese. Bake as directed or grill pizza until bottom crust is lightly crisp and browned.
Cherry Tomatoes with Black Olive Crema and Goat Cheese
Cut the top off each cherry tomato and carefully scoop out the seeds and pulp. Fill with La Favorita Black Olive Crema and place a small dollop of goat cheese on top.
