Products available through COSITUTTI MARKETPLACE are representative of authentic experiences I have had eating, traveling and shopping in Northern Italy, Tuscany and Umbria with my Italian family and friends. COSITUTTI makes every attempt to ensure the quality of our products and is committed to providing our customers artisanal products with the farmer or craftsman the guiding and working force behind what is made.

Many products are made in the "zona artigianale" of Italy and handcrafted by regional artisans.  For this reason product availability is subject to production. (see Back Orders and Out of Stock Items). From time to time items may be re-packaged by the producer changing the appearance of the product. This does not effect the quality of the product. If there has been any change in the re-formulation of a product, product ingredients or materials used in the making of a product you will be notified of such. 

Secure On-Line Shopping

We at COSITUTTIMARKETPLACE are very sensitive to the security of on-line transactions. All payments are processed as a secure transaction through secure servers using industry standard SSL encryption. 

Privacy Policies

We fully understand that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so with the highest level of security. Cositutti is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of information that we collect from you. We do not share, exchange or sell personal information. All information we obtain is used to process your order only.

Payment Options 

Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA or PAYPAL. If you are using PAYPAL as a form of payment please note that no shipment can be made before PAYPAL certifies payment.

Shipping 

We make every effort to ship your order the safest and most economical way to ensure that your products are received in good condition. All in stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your shopping cart. Our shipping carriers are UPS (Continental US) and USPS. Our standard delivery is UPS ground which takes 3-10 business days depending on destination (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note deadlines for holiday shipping (UPS ground delivery Dec 10, 2012) as we cannot guarantee holiday delivery. Local drivers may choose to leave packages without a signature for which we cannot be responsible. We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship international. 

Back Orders and Out of Stock Items

If you have placed an order for a product that is not on hand, we will notify you directly and provide details on anticipated dates of delivery.  We can also suggest a possible substitute and other product options. If an item you are interested in is listed as a back order, you may contact pmarasco@live.com for information on anticipated date of arrival. If you are ordering a gift item that is currently unavailable we will be happy to send the recipient an e-mail to let them know something special will be arriving soon.

Can't find that special pasta, sauce or honey you tasted in Italy. Contact pmarasco@live.com. We are a source for hard to find authentic artisan Italian food products and handcrafted items for US buyers and may be able to source it for you. 

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return a product, you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase.  All products must be returned unopened for a full refund less shipping charges.  Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used in the original purchase.

Purchasing products from CosituttiMarketPlace entitles you to receive periodic newsletters with updated product information, local tasting events and connections to all fine things Italian.
