Dario Cecchini Profumo del Chianti Herbal Salt

An artisan seasoning from Antica Macelleria Cecchini in Chianti. Its greatness lies in Cecchini's masterful blend, the quality of ingredients, and its ability to transport you to Tuscany with just a sprinkle. So flavorful that only a small amount is needed to significantly enhance a dish. Most notably used on Tuscany's famous Bistecca Fiorentina. Can be used on a variety of foods seasoned to taste.

 

Ingredients include: Italian sea salt, rosemary, laurel, thyme, sage, fennel pollen, juniper and lavender. Made in Italy.

Cecchini follows a 250 year-old family tradition of the Italian  macelleria (butcher shop). Known for promoting high-quality, traditional meat preparation and local food systems his herbal salt is an ever-present seasoning custom blended and made on site in Panzano, Chianti halfway between Florence and Siena.
