A brash medium sized pasta with a distintive snail-like shape that goes well with a variety of sauces. Its curves embrace meat, cheese or full bodied tomato sauces. Especially good with Italian sausage and rapini. Born at 1000 meters in the Italian Dolomites. Made from monograno grain, pure mountain air and spring water are used to produce this unique wheat pasta made with Khorasan wheat (kamut), an ancient grain, organically grown and manufactured using bronze dies.
