Moretti Lampo Quick Cook Bramata Polenta

Retaining a rich food history and cultural significance that dates back to Roman times, Lampo Bramata Quick Cook Polenta is made from partially steamed Bramata corn meal form Northern Italy. This gentle process allows the stone-milled cornmeal to produce a traditional creamy polenta in 5 minutes rather than the 30-40 minutes that regular Bramata polenta requires. The Moretti family has been growing corn and making choice polenta in the Bergamo plains of Lombardia for over 100 years where strains of corn are carefully bred and grown to produce the best cornmeal for polenta. In 2022, Gruppo Moretti was officially entered into the special register of Historic Brands of National Interest, a recognition by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development with the aim of safeguarding the excellence of Made in Italy.
