Sourced and supported by lasting relationships that reflect our commitment to the culinary and cultural heritage of regional Italian food, these incredible makers and families are at the heart of everything we do. From olive groves to traditional workshops, we're traveling straight to the source to taste the latest harvests and discover new and exceptional flavors to bring Italy home.

It's very important for us to continue the experiential roots of CosituttiMarketPlace with a history of 25 years taste traveling in Italy with our Italian family and friends. A history with a sense of purpose and first-hand experience tasting the products that we bring home to you. We don’t just find ingredients; we inherit the stories of the artisan producers and generational families who share our purpose and pleasure.

The Wizard of the Tuscan Culinary Tradition

One of our favorite stops is in Panzano in Chianti to visit Antica Macellaria Dario Cecchini, the Wizard of the Tuscan culinary tradition. From the heart of the Chianti wine region he handcrafts his signature Profumo del Chianti Herbal Salt, an artisan blend of Italian sea salt with aromatic herbs from the forests and meadows of Chianti that captures the tradition of Tuscan cooking. Made for meats but can be used on a variety of foods seasoned to taste.
