2023 New Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tenuta di Capezzana is Now in Stock
For the past 25 years Tenuta di Capezzana has been our signature oil and like many of you we look forward to the new harvest.
Bursting with the peppery, fruity flavor of fresh olives with that classic "Tuscan zing" this oil is a near perfect balance of fruit and spice with a bright golden green color and a delicate fruity aroma. High in polyphenols and protective antioxidants beneficial to heart health, Capezzana extra virgin olive oil comes from the organically tended olive groves on the estate farm of the Contini-Bonacossi family in Camignano, NW of Florence that has been producing olive oil since the year 804.
Our partners in Tuscany take great care with their small batch production with a limited supply of oil available outside of Italy, producing estate farm olive oil made from olives that have been grown, harvested, and bottled at the source, ensuring the highest possible quality. Rich in aromas typical of the region, there is a one to one relationship between the ancient tree stock and the oil - the olives from one tree make one bottle of oil.
